• Authentication: We use Apple Sign-in for authentication. We do not collect or store emails or passwords.
• Technical and Device Data: IP addresses, hashed Unique Device Identifiers, OS version, system language, and device resolution. Device identifiers are hashed locally before transmission to our servers.
• Location Data: GPS location for gameplay purposes. Your exact location is not publicly shared, but businesses you interact with in-game are visible to other users.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and use your data for the following purposes:

• Gameplay experience and functionality.
• Security, account verification, and prevention of cheating or fraudulent activities.
• Analytics to improve the Game experience (aggregated and anonymized).

4. Data Sharing

We do not share identifiable personal data stored on our servers with third-party companies, except as required by law or to protect our rights. We use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics with third-party services:

• Google Analytics
• App Store Analytics
• Unity Analytics

We use Google Firebase to deliver push notifications, and this service may receive anonymized data necessary for notification delivery.

We take appropriate measures to secure your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Device identifiers are securely hashed before being transmitted to our servers.

6. User Rights and Data Management

You can directly modify your Display Name, Profile Photo, and Bio through your account settings in the Game. You may also delete your account within the Game, after which we retain identifiable user data for up to 30 days to ensure fair gameplay and prevent abuse.

7. Children's Privacy

Capital Kings is not intended for users under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 12. If we become aware that personal data from a child under 12 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
